About the role

We're looking for a Casting Assistant who is well-versed in the Los Angeles comedy space (specifically improv) to support our Casting Director in booking/auditioning talent for a streaming show. Must be comfortable cold-calling agents and managers, and have a current IMDb Pro subscription, as well as have experience in the unscripted/reality casting world for possible real-people casting.

Familiarity with Casting Networks is a plus, but not a requirement.

This is a great role for those looking to show their knowledge in the comedy space - your creative input is encouraged.

This is an in-office position in Culver City, CA. $1,400/week on payroll. Expected start date early/mid July.

What you’ll do

• Call and email agents and managers to check availability on their clients

• Use social media to find "real people" talent

• Coordinate and schedule virtual auditions

• Post breakdowns on Casting Networks

• Manage the casting grid and calendar

• Take notes in meetings with the creative team

• Provide creative input
